My brochures use the original photo files before they have been compressed. The photos are sharpened only after they're re-sized. This will ensure crispy clean images. The brochures are provided as PDFs for A4 paper. (TIFFs or JPEGs are optional).
The brochure on the left is the standard design by Sydney Property Shoot. This is ideal for private sellers and keeps costs minimised to $110. Click the brochure for a full PDF version. (The PDF is optimised for Print, so will appear less sharp on Screen and colours may not display accurately on older browsers.)

The following details will need to be provided for your brochure:
- Which photos you want displayed as the main and smaller sizes
- Description of the property
- Number of bedrooms, bathrooms and parking
- An introductory heading
- Auction (time and place of auction) or Sale (closing period of sale, price guide) details
- Council, water and strata rates
- Viewing times for inspection
- Floor plans (preferably GIF format), if these are to be on the back of the brochure
- Logos and other branding details if required
